FAQs
How do I make a Zoom virtual background with AI?
Open the Image tool on Morphic and describe the setting you want behind you, the room, light, and mood. Morphic generates an original 16:9 background in your browser that you download in HD and upload in your video app, no photo shoot needed.
What size should a Zoom virtual background be?
A 16:9 image around 1920x1080px works well for most video apps. Describe your setting and Morphic frames it in landscape, then adjust the exact crop on the Canvas before downloading.
Will the background look natural behind me on a call?
Ask for softly blurred depth and even light in your prompt so the scene reads like a real room without pulling focus. Keeping the background a little out of focus helps you stand out on a webcam.
Can I match the background to my brand?
Yes. Name your brand colors and the style you want, and use Style Transfer to make a matching set of backgrounds so your whole team looks consistent on calls.
Can I use these virtual backgrounds commercially?
Yes. Commercial rights are included. Each background is an original AI creation you generate yourself, so you can use it for work calls, webinars, and client meetings without a stock license or attribution.
How do I get different background options?
Keep generating from the same prompt to get variations until one lands, and tweak the setting, light, or palette between runs. Refine the final pick on the Canvas before you download it.
